Butterfly Catcher And The Rye
Butterfly Catcher And The Rye necklace
A partial homage to J.D. Salinger, who died last Wednesday at age 91.
He so hated the notoriety from his best selling novel, Catcher In The Rye, that he became a recluse in his home in New Hampshire.
So , in his honor, a collection of rhinestones, crystals, and silver butterflies share the stage for this necklace.
I searched hard for this Rye decanter label. I caught this specimen from an antique store in West Virginia.
