Today I took a crate for clementines and stained it brown. I used a wire brush to rough it up a bit, filled it raffia, and painted 9 little tomatoes. Each canvas is 4 x 4. I am getting so excited for my show. My mind is racing
with display ideas for my booth. I cant' wait to show you photos when it is all set up- just 3 1/2 weeks away.
Have a joyous weekend everyone!

How cute!
These would be perfect in a kitchen.
You have such good ideas; a nice blend between art and marketing.
Wouldn't these be great over a door in a small kitchen? My husband said no. He would leave them in the crate.
Oh well.
Tell your husband that these are individual paintings and the crate is not for sale and what do men know anyways...........
I can't wait to actually buy a house so that I can decorate it the way I like (again). Your ideas are great!
Lurking...Have a great weekend.
What a great idea! Your tomatoes look so real! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Do you mind if I put a link to your blog from mine?

I just purchased "Bramasole" on canvas with a distressed gold frame for my living area.
It looks so elegant. It will be delivered next week. Nice price for such value. I am so excited to have it. Thanks for putting your work on a site that is affordable and offers such nice materials
